I don't usually write about the places I've been for food, because it sometimes is far too common. plus, I'm still bad at food critics or restaurant reviews (Confession : Seriously, I don't know the exact date for Fathers Day. Mum's Day is the 2nd week of May, so I presumed that Father's Day is naturally, the 2nd Sunday of June. So it makes perfect sense that Father's Day is on the 11th. But, due to the lack of promotions and hoo-hoo haa-haas in shopping complexes, I kinda have doubt if I told them the correct date. It could have been next weekend, the 18th.. ) But anyway, still gotta eat after all. Haha

In Chinese, it's Shyut Yu. I don't know what it's called in English. Sorry, I terribly need to look up into the Fish Dictionary

Dessert - Mango Sago. Seriously, this is the worst mango sago I've ever eaten. There's NOT even a WHEE BIT of ice in it. I expected ( I mean, we) something like really smooth ice blended mango with sago and topped with mango slices. failed
Pear with red dates (it's suppose to be Sago) Ok lah, pass
Banana Pancaked with Ice Cream. Once again, I've been deceived. I thought it would be like a crepe with banana slices wrap with ice cream (like the one in KLCC Food Court. slurp) But it turned out to be a Taiwanese Pancake with mashed banana .
Not to be bad or what, I wonder, How much do the dessert / pastry chef get paid to do these desserts that don't taste like desserts ?? *shakes head* Appearence wise, ok lah. But, if it's not because of the 50% bill reduction, I doubt we would go there..
But afterall, it's Fathers Day
So, HAPPY FATHER's DAY to all DADS !!
