breakfast for lunch?

thanks to football yesterday, I woke up just intime for lunch, but made breakfast instead. Yesterday I was craving for some pancakes (result of looking at too many foodblogs) And so, I made pancakes today!

yay to pancakes, they're so freaking easy to make.

Pancakes Recipe

1 tablespoon/15g butter
100g plain flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons sugar
1 egg
125ml milk

Serving suggestions:
maple syrup
crispy bacon
scrambled egg

Method

Melt the butter and set aside. Heat a smooth griddle or non-stick heavy frying pan. Put the flour, baking powder and sugar into a measuring jug or bowl. Whisk in the egg followed by the milk, and keep whisking until the lumps are removed. Finally whisk in the melted butter. Ladle in amounts of batter to form about 7cm pancakes. When bubbles appear on the surface of the pancakes it's time to flip them over. Turn them over gently and let them cook for another minute or so. Makes about 8 pancakes

But of course, I only made 3, and saved the rest of the mixture for later, when my brother come's home (that could be, tea time -.-")

breakfast

I had pancakes with strawberries and honey, scrambled eggs, pork frankfuters, smoked chicken ham
