Lunch was just Portobello Mushrooms with Pasta

Has done this before, it's pretty easy. Cook spagetti the usual way, and the sauce too. Get a oven-safe dish, spread the pasta and some sauce over it. arrange the mushrooms, and some sauce as well. sprinkle mozarella and bake for about 15-20 minutes . and. EAT!
Served with rocket. Like seriously, I prefer eating chinese parsley than rocket *yuck*
And about the meringue disk I mention yesterday, it failed. I wanted to let it cool, but being amateurish, I left it in the oven thinking, oh, just leave it here lah, it'll cool by itself.
The next morning I woke up, there were ANTS and the meringue was sticky and I couldn't lift it up from the baking paper, so there goes it. I'm suppose to make a cake for my friend, but eh, I think I'll keep it as a surprise for her, so will not be posting about it till late tonight
