Lemon Chicken

2nd night, with the extra breast fillet, managed to make some quick fast dishes.

Lemon Chicken with capsicum and onions

actually,it’s the Lee Kum Kee lemon sauce hey, hehe.. So, just dice the chicken, stir it with egg, then before frying it, dip the chicken into corn flour. Then drain the chicken up. pour in 1 tbsp of oil into the pan, then add onions, garlic and capsicums, then add in the sauce. Then add in chicken and stir till even. Then serve

Swee San, first time seing you posted some chinese food… kkeke.. Anyway, it looks delicious. Even the baby inside my womb would love to try.

I guess you are sick of eating food in a restaurant/fast food chain. Is so expensive when you converted back to RM. And you can get very fresh veggie and different types of things in Safeway or Coles compared to our hypermarket in M’sia. Best of all some open 24hrs. The fruits there are cheap. I even get to buy $A1 for avocado and $A2 for stawberries. But that was at Vic Market in Melb. You can Only get that price when they start to packed up for the day.

I hope you have enjoyed your past few days in Syd.

Hold on, I think you missed the part - you need to fry the chicken and then drain? Did you bring lots of Msian food items to Sydney so you don’t miss home?

Hi Ylet, haha, yeah usually at home I don’t do chinese food cause my mum will cook. haha over here, can try other stuffs lah.. Yeah it’s quite expensive eating out.. Anyway, congrats on your baby =)
