Terriyaki Chicken wt Mushrooms

Hey ho hey ho, finally after a few days of eating out, I can cook some chicken n stuffs.  Can’t get too fanciful though, I can’t splurge on expensive ingredeitns or stuffs cause this is only my temporary accomodation.

Anyway, made some super easy teriyaki chicken

Just marinade the chicken in a bottled teriyaki sauce with chopped garlics. Then heat the pan with oil, saute some onions and garlics and then pan fry the chicken. Add in mushrooms while the chicken is cooking cause the chicken takes a longer time to cook anyway. Add some pepper too..

oo, and serve with salad leaves!

hmm chicken breast? very dry - i would die from choking … haha

hehe, surprisingly it’s not dry.. but the thigh/drumstick is better lah
