weird ? no ?
I bought some kimchi from the Korean groceries a few days back. I’m starting to love Kim chi. haha I dont know why, but the spiciness just brings me to it. Anyway, was having lunch at home and didn’t know what to cook, so made bean sprouts with salted radish and kimchi spagetti. yeah, super weird combo, i know. But thats what I wanted to eat, bean sprouts n kimchi. I know I won’t be full if I just ate these two. Hey, it’s cold here ok… I need abit carbs and fats to keep me warm (oh I forgot I already have fats in my body anyway, lots..)

well, I dont know if I cooked it the correct way, but er, tasted fine. haha . What I did was, wash both bean sprouts and salted radish. Then I cut the radish to a mouthful size. Heat pan with some oil. Then stir in the salted radish. When the colour changes abit, put in the bean sprouts. Cook it till it’s soft but still crunchy, well ,if u like the bean sprouts to be raw, u don’t even need to cook them! haha

Eat it my way.
Boil pasta, drain, add to kimchi. Done.
Oh dear, I might as well insert this in here instead of creating another post. I have some overdued entries..

Tuna Tortillas.
very easy. Just put in whaterver u want, make sure u don’t overload it. like me. HAHAH

It’s Tortillas, then omelette, then mixed salad leaves and canned tuna. Actually, What I did was incorrect, cause in the end, I couldnt roll the tortilla nicely. The tunas keep dropping off the other end when I lift up and eat. So. best is, don’t put so much. and when u put the filling, keep them at the front, or only 1 side of the tortila (like pohpiah / springrolls) so then u actually have some space to roll them nicely
oh dear.. three eating places to blog about. and the classes at LCB… *sweat* -.-||

Looks deleicious!…

Now that I’m living here in PErth, I craved for the thing that I normaly dont like in Malaysia. I dont really like those traditional Malaysian kuih2 roti jala, kuih dadar, kuih lapis or even karipap and nasilemak but somehow now that I’m here, I love eating it, so I have no choice but to cook it.

Kimchi spaghetti isn’t actually that weird…well, not inside the korean community anyway – you should see some of the dishes that korean international students come up with! Try a kimchi sandwich sometime
As for the tortilla – not the correct way to roll, but if you fold up the bottom then you don’t get any bottom leakage (that sounds wrong, but you know what I mean
)
