Say, I don’t mean to bore you with my non-LCB posts without the deliciously looking desserts
Seriously, I would have already put on like 10kgs if I managed to finish whatever I made. But *phew* I’m being good controlling myself not to eat too much of the desserts (especially the cream ones, God knows HOW MUCH cream is in there
*runs*)
Anyway, I made some stir-fry noodles for dinner some days back. I used the marinated chicken (which I used to make the stuffed chicken with spinach n parmesan) So first I prepared all the ingredients, dicing the chicken, chopping up bok choy and the onions n garlics, and just soak the bean sprouts. Then I boil the water and put the noodles in it. Cause it takes a faster time to cook compared to pasta, it’s advisable to do your mise en place, otherwise u’ll get soggy noodles :/
So then, I heat the pan with some oil, cook the chicken till its rather cooked, then add in the veges (bean sprouts may be added last), then add in the noodles (drained). Then I added some oyster sauce and salt n pepper to taste.

I think that noodles are easy if u’re eating alone, cause its like a one-pot-dish kinda thing, where you just chunk everything in the pan and cook.
yeah, I just need my daily dose of eggs
P/s: watch out for this coming weekend’s LCB post!! (that is if I managed to update during the weekend, heh)
