Its suppose to be sticky and gooey, but it ended up being abit watery. I didn’t quite measure the amount of liquid I used as according to the recipe, that’s probably the reason behind it.

Anyway, here’s the recipe from Donna Hay’s 10-minute meals mag (serves 4)
400g pork fillets
2tbsp oyster sauce
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 bunch bok choy, trimmed and halved
1/3 cup coriander leaves
Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add the oil and pork and cook for 2-3 minutes each side. In a bowl, combine the oyster sauce, honey, water and ginger and pour over the pork. Bring to the boil, add the buk choy and cover with a lid. Reduce the heat and simmer for 7 minutes until the pork is cooked through and the buk choy is tender. To serve, top with coriander leaves

I might have added too much water to it. And I added mushrooms to it as well..
