Saap Thai

@ Pitt Street behind World Square

Apparently, according to my Thai friend, this restaurant serves the most similiar food as in Thailand. and if you walk into the restaurant, you can find quite a number of Thais in it as well. So, when a Thai says so, it means, it should be good!

Cha Nom - Ice milk tea. It’s pretty different from the Malaysia’s ice milk tea. It’s probably the different tea used (uh, obviously)

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

Seafood Tom Yum, extra spicy. Haha, when it first arrived, we thought it was slightly sweet and not spicy enough. So my friend asked them to add more paste to it. and Oh My… it was REALLY SPICY !!! but we still continue eating it non-stop *slurrrp*

Nam Tok - Beef panfried with fish sauce and lime juice, with roasted uncooked rice, and chilli powder. Served with onions, thai basil, carrots and cabbage.

I must admit that I don’t realy eat much of Thai food when I was in M’sia, especially Tom yum. Now, I can easily handle tomyum. ahahaha ;)

Hi Swee San,

All those pictures look yummy except I am not used to Thai tea too. Tastes strange to me. Klang Valley doesn’t have much authentic Thai food but at north of Peninsular Malaysia are a plenty (Penang, Kedah, Kelantan, etc).
