Okay, before this place grows moth all over, I better do something about it. I think my oven is fixed. Someone came over the weekend to check what’s wrong but I wasn’t at home. When I went back, my mum told me, it’s fixed already. I’ve yet to try. But will be soon this weekend because suddenly I’ve got the urge to bake something nice. *Ya, where’s the macarons ah…*
First up, I think I’ll make foccacia, banana and date loaf, vegan orange cake, macarons, caramel mousse, green tea opera, oreo cheesecake, tofu cheesecake, praline cream puffs, blueberry cupcakes etc .. OMG so many things to make ah. I think my head just got bigger. Hahaha *by storing too much cakes* Actually I prefer the idea of storing cakes in my head, rather then *looks down* Anyway, will be making A birthday cake which its flavour shall be kept a secret to the birthday girl on the day itself. And so I went blog hopping, to be precise, pastryblog hopping. I tell u, if it’s not 330am now, I just feel like jumping into the kitchen and make something. Keep baking aside, next topic.
Kenwood mixer. I hope to get one sometime next month, ya since they have 0% installment plan, that wouldn’t kick my a$$ that much. Dont know which model yet. Hrm. next
